    Ben:

Sharp where needed, feet are great, the nest tells the story.

Would prefer him angled towards us a bit.

How long does it take them to build the nest?

    Cheers

Thanks for the comments. This was interesting, it took him about an hour to destroy the existing, old nest. That evening the new nest was 80% complete. Mommy moved in later the next day.

A Beautiful background for this shot. Great to capture the behavior. I like the feet also.

Lovely color, sharp with very nice contrasting blur on the wings -- looks like both motion and DOF but it works well. Maybe it could be a tad brighter?

Nice and sharp, great pose. Nicely lit. And I love the way the background color compliments the bird. Yes, I'd like to see the bird facing this way, but you take what you can get, and I'd take this one in a minute.

Beautiful rich colors and great detail, Ben. Your story of the destruction of old nest and building of new adds to the image. Well done.

Excellent action/behavior with beautiful BG ... love the dangling feet!

I have no problem with the bird's body angle in this case since he is obviously focused on the nest.
