    Default Incoming Egret at Gatorland...

Another from my visit to Gatorland yesterday morning. I'm really happy they are doing extended hours on Sundays now. I plan to take advantage of it for the next month or two.

I struggled processing this image. A nice blue sky would have been nice, but I'm happy with the final result.

that's cool how you got both eyes very visible!! tops of wings and behind head looks a little hot to me. all in all though, pretty cool.

Sharp on the eyes and some nice symmetry going on.

    Hey Dan,
A very nice capture with great exposure and details on the wings. It is place dead center in the frame. I like it...

To be totally upfront, I did crop and rotate this a tad. It was rotated 1.9deg CCW and cropped from 3888 x 2592 to 2501 x 1667 (64%). But the bird is pretty much dead center in the original too. ;-)
