Not the nicest bird out there, but one I haven't seen in the forum before I think. One of the most common bird here in our Island. Pretty much ignored by Birders and Photographers alike.

Ray: Nice image, good blacks and great background. My opinion of birds is that we take them as we see them. They have a life to live and even though we may not enjoy their behavior, they have a right to their space in the environment.
Nice looking bird with a great perch and BG to show him off in. Good job on the exposure as the detail in the darks looks really nice. Well done.

Glad you posted this image of a bird I have not seen, Raybel. You captured a nice angle, and handled the blacks well. Very unique and interesting looking bird.
