One from today whilst testing out my new gear. Still not 100% convinced on the 7D II compared to the 5D III but excellent for the extra reach.

    7D II 600mm II + 1.4 III, f6.3, ISO800, 1/500ss - DPP4 and PS2014. Decided to keep the tops of the branches.

    Comments always appreciated.

Well it is good to have both. Nice bird but the perch is a little busy.

I don't mind the busy-ness of the perch because the head is so sharp and detailed and the pose and look so powerful. The sharpness oft eh bird separates it well from the OOF branches.
