Bosque colors blast off!

I wanted to put together both the huge numbers of snow geese with the Bosque "colors", in an abstract way creating more of an impression than photographic detail. Something like if you stood in the middle of Bosque, spun around and pictured your overall impression.

First I used Topaz Impression, Da Vinci sketching, then Topaz Simplify paint III, Topaz Clean 3, cartoon. And some adjusting stuff & opacity changes.

There are enough recognizable snow geese to give a hint of what's happening but still leave it abstract. The distribution of distinctly different colors is remarkable. (To me, at least.) Did you use a single photo or several?

Thanks everyone! Appreciate the Escher-like reference, I love his use of repeating patterns. This is a single image, 1/8000, f8, ISO 800. Too bad I can't add sound as it is somewhat like a roaring tornado!
