Well done exposing and processing with uneven light. Great details. The OOF FG is a little distracting for me.

thanks for sharing this striking bird nicely captured. shade is always a challenge, its almost like they know it and torture us :) good head angle and the BG sets off the birds colors well

This is a real beauty Miroslav! I like the pose and nice natural perch. For me, the OOF vegetation in foregroud makes this one very special, not boring and in fact is that what makes the image to look more original.

Hi Miro, I like the dappled light in this, and well exposed on the darker plumage. Moving to your left may have helped with not having the OOF FG as a distraction.

I like the spotlight effect on the bird. Nice pose and perch.

I really like the image as it is. I dont mind the OOF FG. I think there is a strong green/blueish cast in the image. I would try and reduce it specially on the bird.

Thanks for the valuable comment, you are right, the main issue is the cast on the bird. Once again I checked raw and made a WB correction of the bird and add some midtones contrast too. I did't change BG. Below is repost:

Miro my only little problem with this is the cast, and can see a little on the repost, take this with a pinch of salt these eyes of mine are not the best, nit apart it 's an image that I would be pleased to own.

    Keith.
