I just love the marching pose and the visible spurs on the wings.

Gail really like the marching pose a real fighting machine with it's spurs showing, can't see a lot that I would change, fine looking image.

Fabulous pose, and great exposure. Tough bird to expose properly in the sun. Love the bg and the spurs. Might have liked the bg better if the green came all the way to the horizontal fg line, but can't have everything. Great bird. Where was it photographed?

Sorry Bill. I should have given location info. It was in the Okavengo Delta in Botswana. Shot from boat.

Fantastic image. Love the light, and the square angle of the raised leg. Techs and processing top notch.

Impressive image, extremely well exposed. Great pose and just love those spurs. Getting extremely picky here, but I would lighten the shadowy area above and behind his head, just to smooth out the bg a bit.

This is an absolute winner. Nice low angle shooting, nice light, BG, good exposure and detail and the pose puts it over the top. I wish it was mine. Well done.

Wow, what a great looking frame Gail! The pose and the good look at the spurs makes this for me. Not much else to say except very well done!
