    Nice job with the rain and the BKGR. I would have much preferred that you raised the camera a bit to move the eagle down in the frame. I'd have put him in the lower right third... Could have used a bit more head turn and could use some selective sharpening of the head as well. What were you doing in Valdez???

    Thanks, Artie. This is a crop and I may have enough space ot move him down as suggested. Now that you've pointed it out I must agree it would look better lower. As for the head turn...this is the best I got for this eagle.

    This is from last June, during my seven-month-long RV trip.

    The rain and the greens are cool. The face does need some sharpening and as artie mentioned some more head turn would have been good.

    The rain sets the mood. Mr. Eagle is a little soft...congrats on the capture...:cool:

    This is a fabulous shot -I love the way you cropped it -lower right crop and you lose the hight perspective. The head turn is great -more of a turn and you become part of the eagles life by looking at you.
