    Hi Folks: While having coffee this morning in my backyard this Cactus Wren joined me and ended up serenading me . . . cheerful company . . . Gus

    Nice one Gus...looks very good to me except maybe the one bright spot on the right in the background. My eyes keep wandering to it.

    looks good to me too except for the tail feathers. something real funky going on there.

    Hi Gus Nice breakfast partner !!!!

    Just soft light !!!! Look at the perch and the contrasts !!! It also makes the bg harsh looking. Would try some fill flash in these situations it will help a lot. I like the pose and sharpness. Btw might even try a polarizer filter? Will also help with the light !!! Does take care of reflections !!!
