A lioness taking a breather with the rest of the pride just after sunset. Obviously already scanning the surroundings for any movement which might trigger a hunt. Snapped a few days ago in the Kruger National Park

Single round of light USM and just a touch of curves in PS to increase tonal depth. Reduced vibrance a little in LR to reign in yellows. About 50% crop.

    All C & C's welcome

    Nice relaxed pose here.
I wish that other kitty wasn't lying so awkwardly behind your main poser
BG could do with some slight noise reduction?

Thanks for looking & commenting Morkel! I was actually thinking of softening the BG a bit and removing the 2nd lion's leggs but thought I'd wait for one or two inputs first to see if I get like minded suggestions...

Hi Tobie - You've really improved on your pp. I too can only echo the above comments. Cloning of course is a personal choice.

Thanks for the comments guys (& gals!). Based on that: the 2nd lioness' foot removed (I think she's blurred enough naturally for good separation between her and the main lioness so no further action taken on her) and blur increased slightly on the BG.

Coming from one of our masters in PP, that's a great complement Rachel - thanks!
