    I was photographing a flock of Killdeer by the road side in Bosque when this guy came swooping down to try and get a Killdeer. The action happened very fast and I only managed to get 2 shots from it.

    The Killdeer managed to get away. I have a photo of it before it was attacked, I may post it later.

    Great capture and fantastic IQ on the bird. I love the view across its wings and back. For me it would have been even better if the wing did not touch the eye but still a fantastic image.

    Agree with Iain, amazing that you got the focus and all with the x2TC, not sure mine would get that. Overall very nice, minus the slightly awkward wing position.
