    Very nice. The extra plant material in the bg really helps give a sense of depth for me. Some might like it removed.

    Subtle color palette, seed, exposure, all good.

    I like the soft light, details are a bit soft/lacking, maybe a big crop?

    This is simplistic gold. Love the muted colors, the softness works well....a cracker of a little bird that reminds me of our song sparrow sans the bill...I like the foraging behavior. Tinkering with introducing a little more light on the bird itself to enhance the details and especially add life to the eye is worth considering. Great image sir.

    William agree a tad more sharping but that apart love the muted colours and that nice b/g.

    I like the low light, perch, pose, food in the beak and composition. Some good suggestions to make this image even better. Well done William.

    Hi William, I like the earthy colours in this, and great you captured him with a seed in his beak. Another vote for another round of sharpening.
