Very nice action and lighting in this image with excellent detail in the wings Sid. I love his expression too. The crop is a little tight but it works for me in this image. Lovely capture !!!

Love the light and the details you captured. As Judy said its abit tight but works nonetheless. Thanx for sharing.

    Big Man,

The eye contact is top shelf as is the feather detail. Well exposed with good sharpness.
I would prefer a crop that is not so tight. The bottom part of the frame most importantly.
I'm pretty sure the horizon is about 5 degrees off.

    See ya soon,
    James

Tight in the frame doesn't bother me on this one as the bird is moving toward the viewer rather than across the frame. Marvellous pose, I really like the symmetry here. Great color and detail.

    Hi Sid,

Very nice image, I agree with the horizon but you did well with the exposure and details. I also wish a little more room but that would be it my friend!

Great light, angle and pose. A bit tight for me, too.
