    Good one !
I feel a drop in contrast on the whole image might help but it could be my gear. I love barbed wire perches !!!!
    Cheers

I like the singing pose, nice habitat and BG. I also wish the shadows were softer but for the perch really works against this image, with a delicate bird, you need a delicate perch too.

A lot to like here. Light was a little high as noted but love the calling pose. Wire perch works great for this species esp since that's where they are normally seen. Love how it's talons are wrapped around the wire. You have a lovely background and included habitat. Might consider some off of the bottom if you have more room on top.

Beautiful bird, well captured, in an environment where they are normally found. The pose, colors and sharpness are good. Well done.

Very nice overall. I too love the feet curled around the barbed wire (which I wish was rusted and weathered). I also like the open bill and grassy habitat. Bummer about the one grass behind the foot.

Hi Joseph, lovely angled singing pose, and we have a great view of the feet 'holding' onto the perch.

Thanks everyone for viewing and commenting.

Here is another edit with the shadows lightened and the grass near the foot removed.

Magnificent image with beautiful colors. Love the pose with open beak, great IQ, habitat and composition.
