Great autumn colours on this one and the dorsal view with the slightly turned head is spot on. Would the perch benefit from a little pruning just above the bird for the next shoot do you think?

Very nice capture, Jonathan. Love the spotlight on this beauty. Great head turn, BG, and the perch. Well done.

What a super image with awesome colors and details. I love the perch, BG & pose. The only thing that could have improved this already amazing image is the loss of the dead leaves.

Hi Jon, excellent sharp detail on the Wren, and I like the pose. Overall, well exposed, and just love the colours in the BG. Your comp works well.

I like the pose, perch, composition and sweet BG colour. I agree if the dead leaves weren't there it would be better. Very well done Jonathan.

Thanks everyone, I was pondering about the leaf but decided to leave it because I thought it would look a little too much like a set up if I removed it.

Perfect pose and nice colors in the background, Jon. You could go a tiny bit brighter IMO.

A lovely image; one of the best in your series of this species, IMO. Ditto the leaves.
