Great Egret, playing with prey
5DIII, 600 IS II, 1.4 TC III, tripod, -1/3 EV, 1/4000s, f/6.3, ISO400, natural light,
PP: WB adjustment, NR of BG,
Full photo size: 4927 x 3248 pixels,
Location: a pond near Zagreb, Nov. 2014.

The harsh light reflection from dark surface of the water makes me a trouble to make WB. I did WB adjustment based on white feather. Guess not enough......
Thanks for viewing and comments.

Hi Miro,
whites and exp. look pretty good to me. I would put more space on the left but crop tighter on the right side. There is too much empty space in front of the bird

The low angle and fish makes this one for me. A great image.

White balance looks ok to me. Good capture of the fish toss. It looks like the image could use a little counter clockwise rotation.

Nice looking frame. Like the exposure and the details in this and the fish toss takes this up a notch for me. Nice low angle too. Well done Miro
