A shot of QAL with the "Clouds" being three of them on full bloom and blowing in a strong wind. Added a bunch of textures.

It took me a while to translate QAL to Queen Anne's lace, but I liked the image right away. The solitary vertical, the diagonal blurs, the colors, the softness and the combined texture all work very nicely together.

Hi Jackie. Beautiful work! The light areas add interest and draw me into this "fairy land". Isn't it funny how we get excited about cloudy days.

Lovely, Jackie. I like the vertical presentation and the soft colors and textures. Were the lavender colors from the textures or flowers in the garden? Either way, they're a nice touch.

    Jackie,

Ah, one of those beauties you do so well. Really well done. The detail 'midst the clouds and the color is superb. Good show!

    Cheers,

    -Michael-

So beautiful! The soft palette of greens and blues are fabulous. The single flower adds a grace note of elegance. You have a great technique & an artists eye for blending textures, colors, and backgrounds.

Very nice. Love the colors and textures. The flower looks a bit small and lost in the vastness surrounding it, but elegant.

Thanks for the comments! Cheryl, the purple is from the textures.
