    One from the other day. I was just packing up when this flew in, so I didn't have time to adjust settings. I would have wished for a bit more DOF, but not to bad. Would have normally shot this at >f8

    5D MKiii, 500mm + 1.4X, ISO400, 1/640ss, f5.6.

    Lovely shot well focused, the eye is superb. I appreciate the buzzards vary quite a bit in the plumage colouration but I am wondering if the image requires a little more pop?? You were there and will know - just a suggestion.

    Well done on this high key image. The raptor looks nice and sharp and pops well. I like your choice in composition.
