Stormy Mara Sunset

This image is a single exposure, taken handheld in pelting rain right from the under the dining tent area of our tented camp on the banks of the Mara river in Kenya.
For about 2 hours before this storm set in, we were photographing a male lion that was slumped down on the opposite riverbank that's visible on the left side of this scene as viewed.

Very nicely done Morkel! I like detail in the eroded bank of the river and the ominous clouds overhead. I love the D800 for it's high ISO capabilities!
