    Broad-winged Hawk

    Upper Texas Coast

    D810, 300, ISO 500, f7.1, 1/4000, Owl Decoy.

    In the 15 years I have been shooting hawks, this is the first year I had Broad-wings actually swoop at my owl. They are normally very high in thermals. I was pleased to see this in my viewfinder.
