A White-faced Heron gulping down some breakfast in the very early morning. You can see that look in the eye hoping that I wouldn't stop him eating.

Hi Scott - you have caught the action here nicely plus good feather detail. The two tones of the water also work well but I would like to see a little more canvas at the bottom and a small crop off the top.

sharp with dynamic pose in good light. good details. It is too tight at the bottom of the frame, needs some room for virtual feet.

Way too tight for the feet. Even with birds' feet underwater it is a good idea to leave plenty of room for the "virtual" feet there. I cannot see much detail in the white cheeks so I wonder if you had overexposed the file?

    Nice action though.
