Missle Thrush. Another first for the new pool. Taken in awful conditions today. It just dropped in un announced so to speak. A very light coloured individual and very nervous !! Perhaps he/she will come back

About 70% of frame. Neat image. Played a bit in Bibble.
    EV down 2 stops.
White balance auto but light up and down and never does seem to work well.
Thanks for comments on last pic.

    John:

I like the perky pose, well exposed, splayed tail.

If the IQ will hold up, I might crop a bit off top and right, and perhaps a bit of compensatory crop from left.

    Cheers

    Hi Randy
Thanks . I did think about that toget rid of the green bits but the image is not that good IQ wise. I'll have a play later.

A very pleasent portrayal of this thrush John and I quite like the watery habitat shown here. None-the-less you still have the option for a cropped version to further emphasize the thrush if so desired.

Excellent work here John. The bird's pose is adorable.

Thanks all. Heres a bigger crop. I think the D7100 would have taken it a lot better than the D7000. See what you think.

Forgive the spelling mistake ! Should be "Mistle" but I can't edit it.
