    Slight crop.
    Mono pod
    Should have tried a two image stack!

    A stack attempt on this might have a high degree of difficulty if there was some movement of the web bits and might have sent you to retouch ****. But always worth a try. Lovely seasonal pic, with nice background, the web showing up nicely, and the spider well captured.

    Hi John. Very interesting patterns on this spider! The image is sharp where it most needs to be - though a little more DOF (either through stacking or backing a bit farther away from your subject) would make the image even stronger. You might consider some NR on the background. Your built-in flash worked quite well here.
