Will try to get another one in before Friday. Late morning, light was strong. The Topi was standing on a dirt mount against a nice Green BG and blue sky, so I decided to go for a head shot.

Awesome portrait, with great BG, nice details and the well lit eye makes this image stronger. Well done Loi.

Hi Loi - this works extremely well. Good choice on dof and the bg is great and really sets off the topi. Comp works for me.

Very nice - didn't get nearly as good an opportunity on them recently.
Light well handled, dig the crusted mud and colours - might take overall brightness down a third stop?

Really pops off that nicely colored and blurred BG Loi. I like the caked on mud patches.

Beautiful soft bg and great portrait shot of this topi. Eye adds a lot to the image. Light is well handled. Comp is good but if it were mine I might take some off on RHS to perhaps middle of the hump. TFS Loi great image

Hi Loi, great portrait with excellent DOF to get the full head in focus and sharp. Super background as well, contrasting well with the Topi. I agree brightness may be toned down just a tad. Congratulations!

    Hello Loi!

I have never seen a Topi, let alone photograph one! This is one stunning portrait, killer BG and beautiful colours, I like the way the image is cropped and presented and especially the detail overall - congratulations, well done!!!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea
