    I photographed this eagle over the weekend. I was pleasantly entertained by this bird while it chased another bird overhead. I am curious what you think.

    This is a very nice image. Banking shots of raptors are always impressive. If the bottom wing was more stretch down i would had been perfect!

    I like the dynamic pose, I wish the angle was less steep so we could see the head/eye better. It looks like you had to of some shadow recovery work, the dark feathers are quite noisy.

    I generally find shots taken from too far under the bird are not successful. Ideally, one wants low angle eye contact, admittedly, not easy to arrange. Regards, Ian

    Thanks for looking. Yes the image was slightly under exposed. Always worried about blowing the white head out. I shoot in manual exposure mode and did not adjust quickly enough for this shot.
