    Bush Blackcap in the Drakensberg

I was chuffed with how this photograph came out given the poor light conditions (as is the case in forest-like environments) and that it was handheld.
I was able to keep the 7d within ISO 800 to prevent the IQ suffering too much. I was using my 100 to 400 f5.6 lens on this one at 220 (was super close to him).
    Look forward to your comments...

    Photo details:
    ISO 800
    Shutter speed 1/50
    F stop 5.6
    Exposure bias 0
Small crop, changed the exposure and brightness, sharpened for web, and changed the colour range to get rid of a green tinge.

Nice pose in habitat, and good feather detail. I don't know the bird, but I'm wondering if there isn't some bluish cast to this.

Amazing techs! I couldn't handhold that lens at 1/50 and get a sharp image. Yes, I see the color cast as well, but am very happy that I opened this post. Cute little bird and habitat well handled.
