    Well at last I have got the jays coming to the garden, next trick is to get them tossing an acorn or two!

    Really nice! The tones and colors of the perch match the jay perfectly. Jays cache food and I dig the pose because it could easily be depicting that behavior...one would not necessarily know if this was feeding or caching by looking at the image. I would consider tightening up the composition by eliminating space on the right and top. Since the jay is looking down anyway, the space on the right in particular seems excessive here. Perfect dof. Beautiful image sir.
