    Default Elk Rack

I found this male elk loafing around on the lawn of our motel. The BG was the house next door, so I stood above the elk to get a nice green BG instead. Image taken right after sunset, so not much light.

I wanted to shoot open to get a blur BG.

Hi Loi - For me this is more about the eye than the rack. The eye looks great. Techs look good. I've tried similar shots and they are difficult to compose. You did well with the green bg but to really show off the rack I wish the rack was against green throughout including the upper left corner. Nice detail and pp.

    Hi Loi

I like to close comp. Good details and colors. I agree with Rachel in wishing the green to fill the BG, also just above the bridge of the nose. Different image, enjoyed to look at.

Be good to see a full rack portrait here especially as us African's don't see much other than on here. The detail here is good but focus is based around the eye in this instance. TFS Loi
