    Default Coopers Hawk on fence

    Much to my surprise, this hawk flew to our fence and started stretching. Fairly dark morning in Edmonds, WA

    Canon XTi 400mm f5.6L ISO 1600 1000/s

    I revised the image based on the kind comments of Lana Hays - Thanks!

    Oh I got a chuckle out of this one.....and I really like it. I would crop from the bottom so that the right side of the fence originates in the corner. Then I'd crop a little on the right and the top. I'd select the BG to remove the noise and I believe you hava a really nice image of a hawk doing his morning workout.

    Very nice. In the future if you want to revise an image, post it in a reply in your thread. That way others can see what you originally posted and the improvements made. New viewers may have additional or alternate suggestions based on the original.

    Hi Terry,

    I didn't see the original version, but I like the comp the way it is now. My only additional suggestion would be that a lower angle at the time you made the image would have improved it. You captured some interesting action and a cool subject.

    Agree with previous !!!! Terry nest time you edit one leave the original and post the new in a reply Jim has a good point Is interesting to see the change !!!! Thanks!!
