Black-legged Kittiwake "on the rocks" !
Another shot from my last trip in Scotland, UK (June 2014).
It was a heavy cloudy day at Fowlsheugh cliffs. Unfortunately the Kittiwake tilted his head when i was shooting and flew away few seconds after.
Can't clearly see his left eye but the cliff's rocks adds something to this shot !
What do you think about ? Comments always appreciated.

Natural light, handheld.
Capture NX2 for levels, curves and tones.

That is quite the setting indeed! Beautiful greens, and I love the plant at top. Ideally there would be separation between the breast and the rock, not lots of room for the kittiwake though so that is understandable. I agree with you left eye issue, although I am OK with the head angle for this scene and cramped spot.
