This venue is good for Scissor-tailed Flycatcher in the winter months. It was hoped to see the species early in the season this past week. Had to settle for a lot of Blue Jays among a few other species including Crested Caracara.

Canon EOS 1DM4, EF 600mm 1:4 L IS USM, Induro AT 413 panning, ISO 640, AP, f/4, 1/2500. Tight crop, selective darkening of brightest whites, unsharp mask 93%, radius 0.7, threshold 7.

i like the dynamic pose, it's a tough shot to get sharp and you dud well, the IQ has suffered quite a bit from heavy cropping and there is also a strong blue cast

This is definitely a tough shot. Small birds are a fun challenge, and you were using a 600mm which makes it even harder. I think a few curve adjustments and hue edits would do wonders for the shot.
