Stunning colors and a complimentary background. The two areas that bother me are the out of focus perch and the blurred area on the right. If you are not bothered by doing so, I would remove and the recompose to eliminate the blurred perch. Steel eye could be worked on, and a bit less of a head turn would have been ideal. I do like this image though. Worth a bit more tweaking.

Nice pose, colors and feather details. would clone out the dark OOF spot along the right edge of the frame if it were mine.
