    Image was created in the last week, through bedroom window against light. Basic editing, cropped for composition. NR applied to BG.

    ISO :800, 1/640,@5.6.Manual mode. 550D,100-400.

    Lovely image Satish, I have never seen one of these birds before. I like the pose. Must be good to be able to sit at the bedroom window and capture beautiful birds like this Well done.

    Satish the BG is a bit distracting (but that is what it is) the bird looks excellent, wish I could get a shot like this from my window, very well done.

    Nice look-up pose here - but I can see the IQ has suffered from shooting the 100-400mm through the glass of the window
    There's also a halo running all along the outline of the bird, perhaps from sharpening?

    A peeping tom, perhaps? Interesting pose and good exposure. IQ actually looks pretty good on my screen, considering. Halo noted.

    Great profile view, Satish. Excellent pose. You can try darkening the background a bit to make the shikra stand out. I find the OOF branch in LLC a bit distracting - not sure how this will look with a smaller crop.
