Hi Jon, lovely pose and you have brought out the finer plumage detail very well. Good complimentary colours in the BG, and I do like the circular pods on the perch. Comp wise, if this were mine, I would come in from the left.

I, too, prefer this image to the previous.
I would lighten the darker brown area that intersects with the head a bit by dodging the area.

Hi Jonathan,

I like this image. Lovely colors matching bird and background. I just finds it a bit to centered. I would move the bird a bit more to the left.
