    Point Reyes, CA - 1DX, 600mm+1.4xTC, hand held, 1/1000, F5.6, ISO 800, manual exposure

    This is another image from my summer road trip. I got several good frames of this male Northern Harrier as he hunted over a nearby field. I got this one when he turned and came right at me. I clipped the upper wing tip, so I added canvas on top and a little bit of wing tip. I also removed an oof partial fence post in the lower right corner. The image was cropped from horizontal.

    Great looking frame Jim. Love the sideways pose and the good eye contact and the nice look at the underside of the tail. Techs look right on and I really like the changing BG colors. Well done.

    Killer flight pose and your BG is stunning and shows off your bird beautifully. Love seeing those piercing eyes and the underside of the tail.

    Fantastic pose, the processing repair job was well worth it. Excellent comp, BG looks great.
