Funny pose and the open bill adds to it. The blacks look a bit noisy for ISO 200. Was the image underexposed originally? I would give it a bit more space.

Love the wing spread, feet out, mouth open, steering with the tail pose! Sharpness is good also and the green eye ring is great.

Wish the light was less contrasty. As Axel mentioned the shadows are noisey. Also the sky is a little too Aqua.

I know its not a great exposure and it was under exposed a little, it's just one of those shots you don't expect to get and wasn't ready for. But it's still worth keeping.
