    Here is another image from my trip this summer. The bg is the 800 ft high wall of the Snake River Canyon. We were photographing from on top.

    Hi Jim. Great pose and timing. For hand held more than well done shot. Like the frame and position of the bird. At the first moment BG looks very busy for me but after reading your description it looks better . TFS.

    That is totally wicked Jim! What a Fantastic and unique screaming pose this falcon gave you and the lighting that she's in is just perfect, every inch of her is lit, and two catch lights in the eyes, wow.
    The techs and details look great too and I like seeing the snake river canyon in the BG. As good of a Prairie falcon shot as one could ask for. Can't stop looking at this awesome frame.

    This is one killer image, Jim. First of all I love that vertical and squawking flight pose. The canyon wall makes for a unique and interesting backdrop.

    That is one heck of an image, simply superb! Stunning vertical frame with great light, awesome calling pose in flight, amazing BG! Can it even get better than this?? Great stuff Jim!
