    Default Mute Swan

Last Monday I went to Lake Morton in Lakeland, Florida hoping to photograph the swans on calm water. When reaching the lake a breeze had come up putting a chop on the water, so much for calm water. While there I found this swan preening so I gave it a couple clicks. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Nice pose in perfect muted light. Love the pastel blue BG. I wasn't totally sold on this comp so I tried a few others. I came up with a vertical which focuses on the bird and its behavior but doesn't showcase the lovely blue BG as well.
