    not a great photo perhaps, I would have preferred the feathers upright on the head, but I like the background and backlight, not cropped or just a little bit down, may 2008. Thanks to Csaba for finding this hoopoe.

    I like it too....reasons are the same as Manos.....if I can suggest little more crop (up and right)

    Here it's a little bit cropped, and Yes, it's OK. Maybe I'll keep a little bit more space down if it will fit in the next book. I don't know, in a book you can and you ought often to crop a little bit more than if you just post your frame. And the opposite, a crop in a book may need more space around when you go to an exhibition. Funny, it's so but I don't know why.
