    Tried some B&W with this photo, not sure how that worked, I am better at B&W with my landscapes. Not 100% sure on the identification any help?

    I like the environment, but I'm not sure about the BW here the bird is a bit lost and too small here (and thus hard to recognize/ID).

    I too find the subject (a Yellowlegs, tough to tell between "Greater" or "Lesser") a bit too lost in the frame tonality-wise, and for that reason the colour version works better. At this small size in the frame it would have looked better in the lower left corner IMO. It does show the habitat quite well though!
