Beautiful detail & well composed, the bright strip could be toned down a bit but otherwise a super shot with clean, smooth BG!

Hi William - This works very well. Nice comp, detail and complementary colors with a creamy bokeh. Good choice on dof. If it were mine I might tone down the highlights slightly with a luminosity mask at a low opacity.

    Rachel

    Hello William!

Sorry to come in so late, saw the image the other day and as I started to comment electricity went out - a common occurrence here in this remote village of Africa. Thank you for sharing this image, interesting character and I would like to know his proper name. Very pleasant colours and lovely pose, the BG on the LHS a tad distracting but not a big issue, I really love the eye contact, well done in capturing this! I shall look forward to your future posts!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

    Hi Gabriela

Thanks for your comments, they are very much appreciated. I am sure it is an Agama Lizard.

    William
