Proposed US Forest Service Rules For Photographers and Videographers

Did I miss it? Shouldn't we be talking about these proposed rules:

They're inviting comment by November 4th. I think that we should be talking about it and considering commenting as a group and individually.

They're proposing $1,500 fees and $1,000 fines.
