    Hi Enrique. I love the colours in the image and the beautiful BG but to be honest this one does not work for me. (I prefer more eye contact or action). Thanks for trying something new though as I like to push the envelope on more out of the ordinary shots.

    I like the perch, sharpness and BG. The composition and lack of eye contact aren't working for me. Hopefully he gave you a better position on another image.

    Yes, I did get other better images.

    I was hoping some will see an anticipation of action - the bird staring into the space in the LLC... not the case Jim or Richard? Maybe if the bird was closer to the right edge in the frame?

    I tried a version closer to the right edge and it does help a bit. Composition is very subjective so if it works for you that's what counts.
