    The color is lost during my work on the image .
    Well i thought i give a Ps plugin a go (Tonality Pro from MacPhun ), i quite liked it .
    I played a bit with presets and came up with this .

    WDYT ?

    I think that you have done a great job creating a B and W image, full of subleties. To my taste though this bird's charm is all about color, and I do miss it.

    Hi Andreas - I like it. Something a bit different. Fantastic detail. If it were mine I might soften the lrc slightly so it's not as dark.

    I like the sharpness, details, exposure and composition. It would be interesting to see the coloured version as well. Excellent image Andreas!

    Spectacular detail - as usual! I like the effect of the smooth tones but look forward to seeing the colour version...

    I am not usually a fan of B&W for birds, but this one works foe me. I like the texture, contrast and the clouds (or waves?) in the BG
