Happy World Rhino Day everyone. Here is my contribution. A tight shot showcasing those awesome and precious horns. Hope they survive the onslaught. I wish I had not cut off the ear but unfortunately for a fixed lens limitation I did. But still I like the image. It almost looks like 3 horned rhino with the one behind it overlapping.

Hi Sanjeev the main subject and the overall tones and colors are looking very nice with good details .
I am actually not that much grabbed by the partial Rhino in the BKG. The cut off ear not ideal but i could live with it .

Hi Sanjeev, great detail in this one, love the light on it, as well do not like much the horn in the BG from the second animal. I might would clone it out under the chin maybe too.
This is just me, you might like it that way, which is fine. We cannot have everything at once, but someday

    Have a great evening

    Ciao Anette

Hi Sanjeev - Your processing is really great now. Nice detail and tones. The eye is great. Unfortunately, though I agree with Andreas and Anette, the bits of the other rhino are problematic.

    Rachel

Hi Sanjeev, can only concur with the above comments. Probably removing the 1.4 and cropping may have been the better option again here, however you may have gained even more distracting elements within the image?

    Hello Sanjeev!

Lovely rhino portrait and great detail there, image taken in beautiful light and I really like the open eye. The soft BG helps the rhino stand out. This image reminds me of an instance where I tried to photograph three rhino (heads only) and what a mission it was to get them aligned perfectly...for me the problem here Sanjeev is not the presence of the other horn but its positioning within the frame, you could have shot this from a different angle to great effect but I guess it wasn't possible. I still like this very much, a very pleasing image and I enjoyed viewing

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea
