    One more owl from my last photography trip to north western Costa Rica.

    Hi JC, great attentive stare from the owl, and you have brought out the plumage nicely. Comp wise, I would maybe take a bit off the right and add to the left, as the owl is looking down that way. Im not familiar with this owl, but has the flash interferred with the colour of his eyes.

    Great looking owl. What a stare! would consider toning down the brightest areas just a tad..maybe?!?!

    Juan, I am really enjoying your Owl series. This one is another fine image, lovely perch, nice details and good use of flash.

    I like the pose, perch, sharpness, BG and flash work. I agree with Stuarts composition suggestion and Enrique's suggestion to tone down the bright areas. Great owl series Juan!
