    Default Orchard Oriole

My last post was a while ago. As well as the last time I was able to make some images. I dusted off my gear and came up with this before work yesterday.

    40d/1.4/500
    1/1000 f/5.6 +2/3

Crop to verticle and flipped for composition.

Not bad for an image made before going to work !!! Good exposure for the bird, good pose and head turn and bg !!! Would crop some from the left and bottom. Will get rid of some of the leafs which are not adding much to the image and make bird larger in frame.

Would suggest posting to max size for better viewing if you wish !!! I like it a lot !!!

Tone down the foreground and I think you've got a winner here, Taylor! Nice background. 800px would give us a little more to look at ;)
