    Default Juvenile Red-tailed Hawk

Last November I watched this Red-tailed Hawk actively hunting alongside a boardwalk at the Hamilton Botanical Gardens. He (or she) had just launched off the branch at the bottom of the picture
Cleaned up a few stray twigs and small branches

Good work Bill. I would be tempted to raise the contrast a whisker on just the bird. Well done. Regards, Ian.

    Very nice take-off image!
Super clean and sharp in the eyes. There are a few dust bunnies that could be easly clone out.

Great image. Totally sharp in the face. I think you can tweak the image in PP and make it look significantly better.
Maybe a bit underexposed as the bird appears to be light from the top or the back, but as i said PP could take care of some of that.

Beautiful picture, Bill! I love the concentration in - and intent reflected by the eyes. Nice focus where it counts most. A keeper for sure!

Nice intense stare and purposeful takeoff. The BG makes it more dramatic.

Agree with maybe brightening the bird slightly

    Nice work
