Lovely image with beautiful light. There are several spots in the image that I would remove. I like the pose with the material.

    Cheers, Tom

Well done shot. As Tom mentioned beautiful light and bird in action make a good frame. I agree about the spots. TFS.

    Cheers!

Hey Andreas, Looks like the last rays of light catching this one. Nice pose and dressing on the bill with the nesting materials. Great feather details in the whites.

Looks like some small distant birds making those spots - probably better to evict them, and possibly the very small bird just above the white feathers of the tail.

    Cheers, Gerald

The light on the Gannet is just gorgeous, and the nesting material adds to the interest. My only wish would be for the slightest turn of the head in our direction, but this is beautiful just as posted -- even better without the spots.

Great light and great bird. The spots I agree with, also the foreground OOF plants on the left hand side a a bit distracting.

Nice light on this one and I like the nesting material in the beak. The dark water highlights the bird well. Well done

The wide focal length really gives a dramatic view of the sea. Sweet light too. Repost looks great with the removed birds (they would have been neat had they looked like bird shapes though).
