    Default Red Foxes

    Hi all ,
never posted a fox image before.
I found some taken in Yellowstone NP , better said just outside the Park . At a kind of rest area , where the foxes have been used to humans , so no need for a hide.

    Canon EOS 1D MK III
    Ef 500 IS L
    Tripod

    F 5,6 ; Iso 400 ; 1/1000 sec

Processed with PhotoNinja and PS CC ; cropped for comp and added canvas to the top.

Thanks for watching and commenting to my previous thread

    Cheers Andreas

Love the mischievous play here with this pair Andreas, the eye contact with two of them, coupled with suitable dappled light enhancing nicely.
Would have loved an all green BG, but we take what is presented.

Andreas! I just cannot understand why you kept this from us! Lovely, those eyes just draw me in, so is the play between the cubs and also wise Mommy fox keeping an eye on things...Well framed and techs are great, as usual - well done!!!

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

    Hi Andreas

Love the mischievous eyes of the youngster and the mother's stern look...

How much canvas did you add, I would shave a bit on top?
    Regards

    Andre.

Like everyone has said the eyes really draw you in. The foreground youngsters play adds to the action. Nicely processed Andreas

Hi Andreas - Nice interaction and the eye contact with mom is great. Good suggestions above. You should revisit more of your Yellowstone images.

Hi Andreas, lovely image and love the eye contact and the expression of the youngster. The only thing that could have improved this image would be a lower POV depending on what the BG would be at a distance. Loi

Thanks folks for your kind comments , very much appreciated .

Rachel when i revisit some older stuff , i mostly find rubbish in general , there are some better ones who fit to my todays personal standard . In most cases they are having technical faults .......... like being unsharp many times .
I had a wonderful day in Yellowstone with or at a badger den with 3 youngsters very active , from that i have some hundred images , can`t use one .................. unsharp 100% . So not really fun to go through , get me frustrated.

    Anyhow thanks for your suggestion

    Cheers Andreas

Foxes that do not run away after a few clicks of a camera!!! I really need to fly over there... great interaction and details. BG is a bit of a shame though, but what can you do?

Thanks Neil , agree about the BKG , but as you say they were just living there and not at a place with a nicer BKG..
